The art collection bag will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of order.

Artwork will be returned prior to the book delivery.
I fully understand that no refund will be made once an order is being made. I am also aware that any additional artwork that is being submitted on top of the selected quantity will be charged at $3.50/ $8/ $20 depending on the type of artwork. A final bill will be sent to me should there be any additional artwork submitted and/or captions and/or chapters added. I give consent to Artispique to include my child's artwork to be featured & publicised for marketing purposes only. Artispique will censor my child's name & face accordingly. The artwork and/ or images may not be used by any other party for any purpose without express written permission from me. I agree to the following Terms & Conditions below upon placing the order.
I accept that any perishable or fragile artwork (e.g., those made with food items like green beans, pasta, rice) will be disposed of without prior notice for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., attracting bugs, mold, or deteriorating during transit). This applies even if I have opted for artwork return. I understand that if I wish to keep these artworks intact, I am advised to submit high-resolution photos of them instead.

You will receive a follow up Whatsapp text message upon receiving your artwork submission for billing on additional artwork, customisable details such as Caption / short write up (if any).

As our creative team works closely with you to curate your treasured keepsake, we will be communicating via Whatsapp text message / email. If you opt for email communication, kindly take note that emails from hotmail may end up in our spam folder. Please refrain from using hotmail to place your order when possible.

    Please contact us via team@artispique.com within 1 day after receiving Personalised Digital Art book if there are any issues.


    If no such claims are made during the stipulated time frame, we will assume that you’ve acknowledged that Personalised Digital Art book you have received is in good condition and that all the specifications had been met.

    Artispique will not be held responsible for defect reports that have been sent in later than the given duration.
